Your first connection
Get one normal connection working before enabling advanced features.
Before connecting
- Open your account and confirm that it is active and has a valid, activated plan.
- Download the official client for your system and architecture from the software center.
- Pause other VPNs, keep default settings and choose an available node.
A credited payment does not by itself confirm an active plan. If checkout was opened from a plan purchase, the system attempts to complete that purchase after payment; check funding and plan records before ordering again. After a standalone top-up, buy or activate the plan you need. See Plans, renewals and switching.

Verify
Open the service you intend to use, then check traffic or connection records. A VPN icon or an enabled switch alone does not prove that the destination works.
If it fails, follow troubleshooting. Avoid changing your node, DNS, routing mode and subscription options all at once.
